Dispersant Usi-866

I. Product Description
Efficient dispersant USI-866 is the sodium polycarboxylate dispersant with the advantages of high dispersion. Application tests show that USI-866 is with the advantages of low dosage, high efficiency, low viscosity, low viscosity grinding and good stability of dispersion storage.

III. Advantages
1. With good water solubility, good compatibility with ethylene glycol and propylene glycol. When used in light and half light paint, excellent initial gloss available; After aging, shiny gloss remains.
2. Can significantly improve the color of high hydrophobic pigments, and thus reducing the amount of wetting agent.
3. With special group of molecular structure, it has excellent water resistance to improve the water resistance of paint film.
4. With the long-lasting dispersion capacity under the same condition, which makes the viscosity of coating fairly stable and maintain the same in the storage period.
5. With low foaming, it makes the coating low-foaming when producing and using.
IV. Applications
Used for interior and exterior latex paint and other PVC systems, especially for preparation of paste.
V. Usage Methods
USI-866 has a wide dosage range. Recommended dosage is about 0.1~1.0%. The specific amount depends on the test.

This product should be stored in cool and dry place at room temperature. Not allowed to place it in hot or cold environment for a long time.
